Nopal RV Park Guidelines

Children Safety: Children are welcome at our RV Park. We ask that you please be responsible for your children and ensure that they are always under supervision. They are to be courteous of other tenants and their property and not to be left alone ever. Nopal RV Park will not be held responsible or liable for any harm, injury, or damages resulting from children being unsupervised. Guest are responsible for their children. After Dark- to ensure your safety -NO BIKES or SCOOTERS-ETC NO RIDING!
Check-Out Time: Check-out time is [10PM]. Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your site.
Quiet Time: .The following are not permitted during (Quiet hours 10 PM - 7AM) All guest including children must keep noise to a minimum, no outdoor play, music, shouting or loud noises.
Speed Limit: Please observe a speed limit of no more than 5 mph.
Parking: Park your vehicle directly in front of your RV. If your vehicle occupies a needed RV space, you may be charged. There are not to be more than two vehicles per RV. Please Park parallel to your RV out of the main drives.
Water Usage: Use of Park water to wash vehicles and watercraft is prohibited.
Laundry: There are no laundry facilities at this time. Do not hang clothing around the RV.
Termination of Agreement: [Nopal RV Park] reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at the discretion of the [NOPAL RV PARK]. Failure to pay site rent or violations of park rules may result in your RV/vehicle being towed or impounded at the owner’s expense. A 24-hour towing and impound notice will be posted on any and all vehicles scheduled for removal from Nopal RV Park. Non-payment over 3 days. If the police are called on you, you will be asked to leave permantly.
Assistance: For assistance Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., please call the Facilities office at [214-230-3499]. If you need after-hours assistance, please call the [Ellis County Sheriff’s Office dispatch] at [972-937-6060]. They will contact our on-call personnel.
Maintenance and Repairs: Tenants are responsible for maintaining their RV lot in a clean and orderly manner. Tenants must report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the management promptly.
Utilities: The RV Park provides electricity, water, sewer, and Limited Wi-Fi services. Tenants are responsible for any fees associated with utility usage, which will be billed separately or included in the rental amount, as specified in the agreement. when available. No mail service. guest may want to establish a P.O Bo at a local post office.
Insurance Requirements: Tenants must maintain liability insurance for their RV and personal property, with a minimum coverage Recommended. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request by the RV park management. Nopal RV will not be held responsible for any personal or property Damage.
Pet Policy: No dogs at this time are allowed in the park.
Trash: Dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside, Soda lids, water bottle caps, cigarette buds. Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited, however; keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required. Each RV site is responsible for maintaining a clean & organized appearance. NO TRASH.
Internet: Wireless Internet is for our guests. (Nopal RV Park) is responsible for the operations of this Service. For problems or WIFI Password, please contact or Text: 214-230-3499.
Fireworks and Firearms: No fireworks allowed. No open firearms displayed.
Clotheslines and Electric Heaters: Clotheslines are not allowed. Electric space heaters are not allowed. No cheater boxes or pigtails allowed. [NOPAL RV PARK] is not responsible for any electrical components on RVs.
Conduct: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior’s will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Drugs: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of [NOPAL RV PARK]. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute Guest further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nopal RV Park and its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the guest’s use or occupancy of the premises, or the actions of the guest, their visitors, or their pets.
Liability: Our property and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the property do at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The Nopal RV Park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accident due to fire, theft, wind, tornadoes, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park or personal
Reservation & Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be made by contacting Nopal RV Park management or online. Cancelations must be made at least (3) days prior to scheduled arrival date. The reservation fee is a non-refundalbe regardles of cancelation timing.
Visitors/Check-Ins: Guest must be 18 Yrs old to book & stay at Nopal RV Park. Any RV OLDER THAN 10 YEARS of the current year. must be approved by management.
